Your Internet connection is limited. To resolve this problem, try the following:
- Make sure you are connected to the correct socket. The Internet connection will work from both socket in your room, but only in room cell you have entered on userpanel.
- Make sure that your computer’s MAC address matches the one registered in the userpanel.
- If you paid for the Internet, but we do not see your payment in the userpaneli, you must bring us payment receipt.
